Only Regular UniFAST students are eligible to enroll online. Paying students, irregular students, and returnees must go to the Registrar's Office for manual enrollment.
Use your registered school email address on file with the Registrar's Office. If you're unsure of your email, please visit the office directly.
Your COR will be sent to your registered email once the Registrar has verified your enrollment. Please allow a few business days for processing.
Enter your email on the enrollment page. If your email is not yet registered, you will be asked whether you are a Freshmen or Transferee and directed to the online admission form.
Freshmen must submit: Certificate of Enrollment, Form 138 (Grade 11 & 12 Report Card), Good Moral Certificate, PSA Birth Certificate, 2×2 Picture, and an E-Signature.
Transferees must submit: Honorable Dismissal, Certificate of Grades, Good Moral Certificate, PSA Birth Certificate, 2×2 Picture, and an E-Signature.

Accepted formats are JPG and PNG only. Each file must not exceed 1.2 MB. Make sure documents are clear and legible before uploading.
